How to Check JNU Admission Result?

The Jagannath University admission merit list has been released. You should visit the admission.jnu.ac.bd website to check your jnu admission result merit list. Besides, applicants can check their JNU Admission result merit list from GST clustered admission system website gstadmission.ac.bd.

Jagannath University Admission Circular 2022

Jagannath University Admission Circular 2021-2022 has been released. All the GST clustered university Admission application is going to start today 17 October 2022 at 12.00 pm. The application process will continue till 27 October 2022 at 11.59 pm. Candidates who have got 30 percent of passing marks in the GST admission test, only can apply for Jagannath University Admission 2021-22 from the admission.jnu.ac.bd website. Before applying read through the full prospectus and application procedure very conscientiously to avoid any mistakes.

Candidates have to apply individually for each GST-clustered university with a separate unit application fee of BDT 500 TK. The merit list will be prepared according to GST admission result, SSC, and HSC/ Equivalent result. Jagannath University Admission

The Jagannath University Admission process will maintain two steps along with all the GST-clustered universities. Firstly, eligible candidates will apply online to the Jagannath university admission 1st-year undergraduate program for the 2021-2022 academic session. After Publishing the Department and Subject allotment result, Applicants will be called physically to admit to Jagannath University. They have to confirm their admission by submitting academic papers and an admission fee of BDT 5000 TK.

The GST admission test was held among three units. The application fee for each unit is BDT 500 TK. Within the scheduled time, candidates have to apply to their preferable university according to the requirements and qualifications. They will get a subject preference list corresponding to their GST result.

Jagannath University Admission Eligibility of Application

To admit to Jagannath University students have not attended the separate admission test. Those who have already participated in the GST admission test and got 30% passing marks can apply for Jagannath university admission. But candidates have to fill up the separate requirement for a separate unit. There is a total of three units (A Unit, B Unit & C Unit) in the GST clustered admission system. A Unit is known as Science Group, B Unit is for Humanities Group and C Unit is Business Studies Group Students.

A Unit (Science):-

Basically Unit- A is for Science Group Background Students. To apply in the A Unit, Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 3.50 in SSC/ Equivalent and HSC / Equivalent examinations individually. And Total minimum GPA of 8.00 should have in the SSC and HSC examinations to apply in the Science Unit.

B Unit (Humanities):-

The Humanities Group is known as Unit-B. To apply in the B unit, the Candidate should have a total minimum GPA of 7.00 in SSC and HSC / equivalent examinations. Besides, the minimum GPA need of 3.00 individually in the SSC/ equivalent and HSC / equivalent examinations.

C Unit (Business Studies/ Commerce):-

To apply in the C unit/ Business Studies unit, candidates should have a total minimum GPA of 7.50 and a separate minimum GPA of 3.00 in SSC and HSC/ equivalent examinations.

JNU Admission 2022

Candidates need to login to the GST admission Website with their GST Application ID and Password to apply in Jagannath University. This year GST admission process will be easier than the previous year. According to candidates’ GST admission Result mark, the website will suggest them University and subject list. If they fill up all the criteria to apply in Jagannath University, then they can fill up the application form with subject preference.

Candidates should select the subject preference list very carefully because it cannot be changed after the application date over. The migration will be done automatically by the GST admission software. The merit list and migration results will be published in the online website. After that, selected candidates have to take final admission physically from the University by submitting academic papers and an admission confirmation fee BDT 5000 TK.

Jagannath University Admission Application Form can be filled up from 17 October 2022 at 12.00 pm to 27 October 2022 till 11.59 pm. However, the Application fee can be paid till 28 October 2022 at 11.59 pm. To fill up the JNU application form, candidates can get the link from the GST admission website. They have to log in to the Jagannath University Admission Website with GST Applicant ID and GST Password. If they forget or lost their GST Applicant ID / Password they can recover it from gstadmission.ac.bd website.

How to fill up the Jagannath University Admission Application Form?

  • Firstly, you have to visit the admission.jnu.ac.bd website.
  • Log in with your GST Applicant ID and GST Password.
  • On the Dashboard you will get your detailed information, result and eligible subject list.
  • After clicking on the Next Button, you can see your payment ID and fee amount and then pay your application fee through Surecash, Bkash, Rocket, or Nagad mobile banking.
  • After successfully completing your payment automatically the Next Button will be visible and press the button.
  • On the next page, an applicant can see the subject preference list. They have to prefer the subject choice list very carefully.
  • Review the subject preference again and again because it cannot be changed the next time and click on the Submit option.
  • Then the application form with subject preference will be visible.
  • Review it again and click on the Final Submit Button. It should be noted that there is no way to change the subject preference after the Final Submission.
  • Finally. Acknowledgment Slip will be generated and it should Print out for further formalities.

Application Fee

Applicants have to pay an individual application fee of BDT 500 TK for each university application. However, the department has a practical exam, candidates should pay the practical fee of BDT 300 TK for each department such as the Department of Music, Fine Arts, Theatre, and Film & Television. Candidates can pay their application fee through Bkash, Rocket, SureCash, and Nagad mobile banking.

How to Recover GST Applicant ID / Password?

Most of the applicants lost or forget their GST Applicant ID / GST Password. If you are one of them, this portion is only for you. It is a very common incident that for many reasons students forget or lost their Applicant ID and Password. Here is nothing to be worried about it because you can recover your GST Applicant ID and Password from the GST admission website. Okay, then follow the instruction to get back your GST Applicant ID and Password.

  • First of all, visit the gstadmission.ac.bd website
  • Go to the Recover Applicant ID/ Password option
  • Provide your HSC/ equivalent Roll Number. Board name and Passing Year.
  • And click on the Submit option.
  • On the next page, you will get your applicant id and other information.
  • After a while, you receive a message with your GST Applicant ID and Password.
  • Reserve it for further requirements.
