Today Bangladesh Public Service Commission officially published the 46th BCS Circular 2023 PDF on www bpsc gov bd website. The 46th BSC Exam Circular has been released on 30 November 2023. There are 3140 posts at the cadre level and 300 posts at the non-cadre level. The highest record post in the last 10 years is the 46th BCS exam circular. 46th BCS Circular 2023

The 46th Bangladesh Civil Service BCS Exam Circular has been issued on Thursday, 30 November 2023 for cadre and non-cadre. This year the number of cadre posts has increased compared to earlier. PSC authority informed Prothom Alo that the number of posts in Health Cadre will be increased substantially this year. PSC also added that 3100 cadre posts and 300 non-cadre posts will be mentioned in the 46t BSC Exam Circular 2023. Let us now review the 46th BSC circular in detail.

The BCS exam will be complete in 3 stages. The first stage will be the Preliminary exam, the second stage will be the Written exam and third stage will be Viva exam. All the candidates who are selected in the preliminary examination will be able to participate in the written examination. According to the result of the written test, the students will participate in the oral test. The final result will be published based on viva voce.

46th BCS Application Qualification

There are certain qualifications required to apply for the 46th BCS exam. Candidate must have passed graduation (Honours) and a certain age limit and citizenship. The details are discussed below-

Age Limit:

  1. General Applicant age should be: 21-30 (Date of Birth between 02-11-2002 to 02-11-1993)
  2. For the Freedom Fighters Quota, Physically Disabled, Minorities, and Health Cadre applicant age should be: 21- 32 (Date of Birth between 02-11-2002 to 02-11-1991)
  3. The application will not be accepted if the candidate is underage.

Nationality:

  1. Candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh
  2. Any candidate who marries or promises to marry a foreign national without the government’s prior permission shall be disqualified from applying.

Gender:

Any citizen of Bangladesh irrespective of gender who is genuinely qualified will be eligible to participate in the 46th BCS Examination 2023.

46th BCS Online Application Process

  • Visit bpsc.teletalk.com.bd and fill up the Application (BPSC Form – 1)
  • Select your respective Application from – (I) General Cadres; (II) Technical/Professional Cadres; (III) General and Technical/Professional (both) Cadres.
  • There are 3 parts in the BCS Application Form – (I) Personal Information; (II) Academic Qualification; (III) Cadre Option
  • Provide all the information correctly
  • Candidates can correct any mistakes in their application before submitting the application fee. But no further amendment can be made after submission of the application fee.
  • Declaration: Candidates must declare that all the information in the application form is correct, if any information is found to be false, then the application will be declared invalid.
  • Photo Upload: Upload 300 x 300 pixel and file size 100 KB photo at the specified section.
  • Signature Upload: Upload your signature size of 300×80 pixels file size 60 KB in the space provided for signature in the application preview.
  • After submitting the application form, candidates will get an Applicant copy with a User ID
  • Finally, pay the application fee through Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile SMS.

  • You will get a Reply message: Applicant’s Name, Tk-700 (Tk-100 for Physically Disabled, Ethnic Minority Group and Third Gender Group Candidates) will be charged as Application Fee. Your PIN is (8-digit number) 12345678. To pay the fee, type BCS <Space> Yes<Space> PIN and send it to 16222.
  • Second SMS: BCS <space> Yes <Space> PIN & send to 16222
  • Example: BCS YES 12345678
  • You will get the final Reply: Congratulations! Applicant’s Name, payment completed successfully for 46th BCS Examination-2023. The user ID is (xxxxxxxxx) and Password (xxxxxxxxx).
  • N.B. To recover your Password, Please Type – BCS <Space> HELP <Space> SSC Board<Space> SSC Roll <Space> SSC Year and send to 16222

BCS Admit Card Download

46 BCS Exam Admit Card can be downloaded from February 15, 2024, by logging in with a user ID and password. Candidates will be notified through SMS about the admit card download. Their 46 BCS seat plan are given below according to their registration number.
